Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days (US). This includes 2–5 days for production plus shipping time. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Because every item is made to order, we can’t accept returns for size changes or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@babystarsign.com within 30 days and we’ll make it right.

Our onesies are available in 0–3M, 3–6M, 6–12M, and 12–18M. Check the size guide on each product page for measurements.

Yes. Our onesies are printed on CPSIA-compliant blanks and use water-based, baby-safe inks.

Orders enter production quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email hello@babystarsign.com immediately after placing your order. We can’t guarantee changes once production begins.

Yes! International orders typically arrive in 10–25 business days. Customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
