Refund & Return Policy
Every BabyStarSign item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size orders. Please review our size guide carefully before purchasing.
What we cover
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, we will make it right. To be eligible, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This covers:
- Items damaged during shipping
- Manufacturing defects (print quality, stitching, garment flaws)
- Incorrect items sent
What we cannot cover
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size selected at checkout
- Items damaged after receipt through misuse or incorrect washing
- Lost packages where an incorrect shipping address was provided
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Lost or missing orders
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, wait 3 business days before contacting us — carriers sometimes scan early. Email hello@babystarsign.com with your order number.
