Returns & Refunds

Because every item is custom-made to order specifically for you, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, or if you ordered the wrong size or color.

To ensure the best fit, we highly encourage you to carefully check the sizing charts available on each product page before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Mislabeled Items We stand by the quality of our products! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or mislabeled, please contact us immediately (and no later than 30 days after receiving your product) so we can make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include the following in your email:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or mislabeled item

Once we receive this information and verify the issue, we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.
