2. Products All products sold on BabyStarSign are made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and printing processes. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing. Payment must be received in full before an order enters production.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property All content on this site, including designs, graphics, logos, and text, is the property of BabyStarSign and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability BabyStarSign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

7. Third-Party Services Our products are fulfilled by third-party partners (Printful and Gooten). While we work with trusted partners, we are not responsible for delays, errors, or issues that originate with these fulfillment providers beyond what is covered in our Return & Refund and Shipping policies.

8. Privacy Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

9. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
