Shipping Policy

At BabyStarSign, all products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners. Because of this, shipping times include both a production period and a delivery period.

Shipping Destinations We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Fulfillment Time It typically takes 3–7 business days to create your custom items.

Shipping Time Once your item is produced, it will be shipped. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages While we provide tracking, delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please wait a few extra days. If it has still not arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Shipments Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, or if it goes unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
